Distributed Simulation Driver
Summit has designed a specialized delivery driver that excels in the delivery and scoring of complex and simulation item types. The system was designed using years of lessons learned and targets the problems that plague standard drivers used today. The most powerful feature of the driver is it's ability to pull content from multiple sources including the internet and web services at the same time. This affords clients the ability to publish content and scoring files to a secure web server saving time and maintenance costs by not requiring content to be published to thousands of test centers. It also allows clients to push results to their back end system immediately without waiting from them to arrive through a vendor. Our driver can run in any Exam Delivery Partner environment as well as independently.

Virtual Delivery Engine
Years of experience has shown that some of the largest issues facing clients with a desire to switch to performance based testing include licensing cost of specialized software and hardware devices and the cost and maintenance nightmare of supporting thousands of environments. To combat these issues, Summit has developed a platform that allows low grade machines in any test center launch a custom item type that connects to a virtual lab host. Summit's "Delivery Manager" then loads the appropriate simulation text and launches the appropriate specialized software for the candidate to interact with. Once the candidate is complete, "Delivery Manager" captures scoring opportunity values and runs those values against a complex scoring system. The result, an environment that allows our clients to test candidates on the true software or device they use day in an day out with out the exorbitant costs of deploying or mimicking those environments.

Internet Based Driver
The internet has long been an arena the industry has pursued. The problem has been the maintenance and security issues surrounding the internet. To overcome these issues, Summit has developed a Internet Based test driver called "Agility". This solution supports QTI standards and has no downloadable components. The result is a solution that allows our clients to deliver content over the internet with out the maintenance issues faced when using other internet drivers.
